I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and survivors of or those experiencing abusive relationships. As your therapist, I want to support your growth and healing in ways that challenge you while also respecting your autonomy. I understand that each person has their own unique needs, and my approach reflects that. Clients who work with me often find my style to be more dynamic and interactive, fostering a collaborative environment where they feel both supported and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I have extensive experience working with young adults with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I enjoy working with teens and young adults, particularly with challenges in partner relationships, communication issues, boundary-setting needs, trauma, those in the LGTBQIA+ community, and life transitions. I will meet you where you are and support you with finding ways to navigate the stressors of life while also celebrating areas of growth with you.
