You are meant to live in peace and it's time you gave yourself permission to shine. I am trained in EMDR and enjoy pairing it with Internal Family Systems practices. IFS is probably my most favorite approach to therapy. I incorporate it into my own life as much as I utilize it with clients. With over a decade of experience, I've utilized many therapeutic interventions and find an organic and eclectic approach to be the most effective.
