I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Buffalo, NY with experience in empirically-based treatments, such as such as DBT, ACT, and Schema therapy, and have worked in the Partial Hospitalization setting getting experience in many areas impacting the adult community. The therapeutic relationship is extremely important in the process of therapy, which is why I take a person-centered, holistic approach to treatment; providing validation and reflection so you feel safe in exploring and processing difficult emotions and life experiences.
