Alpine Creek Counseling is a small group practice serving individuals, couples, and families seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. Many clients come to us wanting relief from overwhelming emotions, healing from difficult experiences, and guidance in building healthier patterns. We offer in-person counseling in Alamosa and online services across Colorado, providing accessible, compassionate care for people with diverse backgrounds, goals, and needs. We provide individualized, evidence-based counseling using approaches like EMDR, CBT/DBT-informed care, couples therapy, and support for substance use. We offer AcuDetox as an additional holistic service. Our goal is to help clients heal, build effective skills, and create lasting change through compassionate, accessible treatment.
