Hello, I'm Jessica, licensed somatic psychotherapist and certified psychedelic assisted therapist. My style is informed by de-colonial and trauma-informed practices that allow clients to shed euro-centric mindsets, safely return home to their body and move beyond pathology forward paradigms. Clients often find me after feeling burned out from community mental health systems or when they feel they've reached a plateau with their current therapist and are craving something a little deeper. As I hold space, I support clients to widen their capacity to listen and re-member what has always been present in their heart + body + soul. My sessions are integrative in nature and can include AcuDetox, movement, breathwork, meditation, ritual, reiki or sometimes they may be simple and include verbal processing, but please note: I only provide 75-90 min sessions.
