I am a big believer in peace and happiness, so I strive to assist my clients in incorporating these things into their own lives. I am a Licensed Social Worker – Therapist and graduated with my Masters of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2020. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree in 2015, I, by chance, obtained a job in the mental health field as a Psychosocial Rehabilitative Specialist and almost immediately knew this was the field for me. I have a passion for working with people, all types of people and enjoy watching them reach their highest potential. Other therapeutic modalities that I use include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapy.
