I guide late teens and adults in navigating through the intricacies of their mind, so that they become empowered by their experiences, rather than emotionally burdened by them. I will meet you where you're at and am open to suggestions about how you prefer to process information. I mix a variety of therapeutic styles, to cater to every client, as this is a learning experience for all of us.
