I have been in the field for over 27 years. I have experience helping people of all ages with anxiety, panic, disorder, and trauma. I am a License Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, and Herbalist. I have found that combining cognitive behavior therapy, E.F.T., and exploring an individual's core limiting beliefs can be practical tools. As many of these tools have been helpful to me in my own healing journey.
