I work with individuals through all stages of adulthood, who are dealing with a variety of emotional or mental health issues. Some of these include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health issues, self esteem and confidence issues, and relationship problems. I enjoy helping my clients through the process of setting their goals for therapy, and helping them work toward them, leading to greater life satisfaction. I also work with individuals who have a history of being abused or devalued by others, whether in childhood, adulthood, or continuing into the present day.
