Currently Accepting NEW Clients- Hello, my name is Zach DePledge. In the 12 years I have been working in mental health I have grown a passion in working with teenagers, young adults, and parents. Society places so much pressure on us these days to be perfect. What I have found is the comparison game we play in our minds destroys our self-esteem and can cause anxiety, depression, and many other mental health struggles. Parents are left wondering "am I parenting correctly?" Most of the times we don't talk about our struggles because we don't want to appear weak, in turn we are left struggling alone.
