I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving Black women in Florida and Georgia who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, and/or depression. I know how heavy it can feel to move through the world carrying so much—expectations, responsibilities, and the pressure to always appear strong. In our work together, you won’t have to hold everything by yourself.You get to simply be. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which offers a compassionate way to understand your thoughts and emotions rather than constantly battling them. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been weighing on you, reconnect you with what truly matters, and build supportive tools that honor the way your mind works.
