Hi there, I'm LaDonna and I’m a licensed professional counselor in the states of Georgia and California. As a Black woman, I’ve experienced firsthand the anxiety that comes with living in a society not built for us to succeed. Black women are frequently overlooked, dismissed, and even silenced which evokes anxiety, depression, and oftentimes trauma. Allow me to create a safe space for you as you delve into everyday challenges and past hurts. In hopes of assisting in achieving your goals, I'll validate your experiences, listen to you, and walk with you on your journey. Your voice matters, you deserve this healing! I’m passionate about creating a safe space for Black women to help t them work through traumatic experiences that may be holding them back from moving forward, through the means of active listening, empathy, and maintaining a non-judgmental stance. I also have experience in addiction, co-occurring disorders, and grief.
