I have always had a passion for people. I have had the privilege of working in various fields, with different types of people, in different walks of life - rich or poor, rural or city, successful or striving. Everyone, at some point or another, needs a little light of guidance to attain or maintain mental well-being; to be the best version of themselves however that may look for you. My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to explore their best self. My perspective of counseling is always client centered so I always take into account your view of spirituality and if you wish to incorporate that into therapy. I have my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe that we are all given a gift in life. I am what my client needs me to be for them to realize the places in their lives that they would like to change, reform or be better. My approach is client-centered, because i believe in finding what best works for you.
