My joy in counseling comes from helping people become unstuck and find both growth and abundant life. I bring a wellness mindset into counseling sessions and enjoy fostering mind, body and spiritual growth with clients. I tend to counsel more from an approach than a particular theory. I use the Interpersonal Process Approach as my conceptual framework as it is highly adaptable, integrative and flexible. This approach allows me to collaborate creatively with each unique client to address areas of need.
