I am passionate about empowering and supporting individuals and couples as they grow. I recognize my clients as experts on their own lives, and assist them as they learn to identify and leverage their strengths to move toward a healthier place. I have experience assisting with: trauma, anxiety, depression, issues that arise throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, infertility & loss, parenting challenges, relationship conflict, navigating life changes, grief, attachment, phobias, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I have experience working with non-binary and transgender individuals. I offer a person-centered eclectic treatment style incorporating methods informed by principals of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Somatic Experiencing, CBT, and DBT therapeutic methods. I am EMDR certified and have completed additional training in the Gottman method, and treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through PSl.
