If you're carrying the weight of trauma, navigating religious or sexual shame, feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety or depression, or struggling to connect in relationships, you’re not alone. These challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them without support. I specialize in trauma (including religious trauma), anxiety, depression, sexual health and identity exploration. I work with adults, teens, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals to help uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and build the tools to move forward—authentically and unapologetically. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I use a variety of treatment modalities like IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatic therapy, CBT, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), narrative therapy, and sex therapy to support healing of both mind and body. Whether you're unpacking past wounds or working to improve communication and intimacy, our work will be collaborative and rooted in empowerment.
