LifeSpan Counseling & Psychological Services offers services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults using a psychodynamic approach that integrates CBT, ACT, and mindfulness skills to help tailor treatment to my clients's specific needs. My style is compassionate and trauma-informed to foster personal growth and healing. I strongly believe that improved insight can help shed light on unhelpful responses to stress and relationship patterns, thus, leading to a more productive and fulfilling life.
