I support clients through the challenges that come with each stage of life. I work with parents feeling stretched thin, young adults facing pressure or uncertainty, and older adults navigating change, loss, or shifting roles. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next. At Genesis Counseling in Delray Beach, I offer a calm, supportive space to sort through what you’re carrying and move toward relief, clarity, and confidence. I take a client-centered approach, using CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy to support clients facing anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions.
