Whatever stressors you may be experiencing, I am here to support you through your journey. I'm Alyssa, it's nice to meet you! I have a special interest in working with first responders, parents, individuals with anxiety, sleep disorders, chronic illness, and those going through life changes. Beyond my clinical work, I enjoy volunteering as an EMT-B and firefighter, scuba diving, attending concerts, traveling, and camping.
