It can be so challenging to seek support. Oftentimes, we put other's needs and wants before our own. I provide a therapeutic environment utilizing a holistic approach where client's can feel safe to openly share challenges they may be facing. Therapy time will be spent discussing client's emotional, social, physical and spiritual health. I have several years of experience working with many different clients struggling with a multitude of mental health concerns.
