Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Alyssa Anderson and I am the owner of Trillium Grove Studio. I’m an Art Therapist and Limited Licensed Counselor that specializes in women’s mental health. Are you feeling isolated or overwhelmed? Do you find yourself struggling with big emotions that feel all-consuming? Or are you struggling to keep up with life’s demands? Often, we feel like the weight of the world rests on our shoulders and we have to carry the burden alone - let’s change that. Therapy offers the space to feel heard, learn new skills, and make a difference in your life. So how can I help? I am trained to conduct traditional talk therapy and I am certified to facilitate art therapy. I specialize in issues related to women’s health such as: medical trauma, chronic pain, challenges surrounding pregnancy and birth, depression, anxiety, challenges with work-life balance, motherhood, and ADHD.
