I’m an energetic and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut, committed to helping individuals overcome challenges and thrive in daily life. I use a strength-based, client-centered approach to support clients in reaching their personal goals, whether it’s managing symptoms, reducing stress, navigating anxiety, or prioritizing self-care. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons University and bring over six years of experience working with diverse populations across a wide range of mental health concerns. In our first session together, we’ll begin with brief introductions to help you feel comfortable and set the tone for a supportive, collaborative environment. From there, we’ll explore the specific challenges you’re currently facing, your goals for therapy, and any relevant history you'd like to share.
