Sometimes when life throws us a curve ball, or when we are dealing with a more chronic, ongoing challenge, talking to a therapist can help us see our inner strengths and abilities which can help us successfully navigate through these challenging times. Talking to a therapist can also help us push ourselves to reach even greater personal goals. I work with adults, children, couples, and families to help them discover and utilize their personal inner strengths, and strengths within their relationships, to help guide them through challenges and towards their goals. I have much experience working with adolescents and children as well.
