I'm glad you're here. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique journey. For the past nine years, I’ve worked in eating disorder treatment at various levels of care, and I bring that depth of experience into every session. I primarily work with individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, identity exploration, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I offer affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and hold space for all aspects of your identity to be seen, heard, and valued.
