Not accepting new clients at this time - Therapy may focus on a myriad of targets, but the therapeutic relationship is paramount and will be a focus to build trust, genuine curiosity, and depth. While leaning into that partnership, there will be opportunities to seek and find patterns, develop strategies to tackle adversity or calm fears and have space to see what might be playing a role underneath or behind the scenes. I aim to address and cultivate needed skills within a created, safe, nonjudgmental space fashioned together. I will focus on providing a compassionate, identity-affirming, trauma-centered space.
