Hi, I'm Alissa! My name is Alissa Burnham, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist. I work with individuals across the life span with a focus on treating perinatal clients and young adults 18 - 25 yo. A blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness coupled with an anti-oppression framework supports clients in finding clarity, building on existing inner resources and increasing well being with self and others.
