“A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there”. As a person and a therapist, I believe that growth can, at times, be very uncomfortable. How else would you know that change is happening though? My goal is to be there to help offer a space of comfort to guide you through those uncomfortable moments along your journey. I have worked with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, conflict in interpersonal relationships, and sexual issues/addiction. Finding your authentic self can be difficult, but not impossible.
