Serene Counseling and Consulting is a telehealth private practice that focuses on the mental health of women, especially postpartum and pregnancy. Our goal as a practice, is to help you live a happier and healthier life. We are licensed in MA & RI. Our focus is working with women facing life changes, anxiety, depression, student stress and adjustment, pregnancy, maternal mental health. Our ideal client is someone who is ready for change and to engage in the therapeutic process.
