Currently accepting new clients! I enjoy working with teens and adults, with experience in treating a variety of mental health diagnoses. I particularly have a passion for working with those who are seeking help for their anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and those within the LGBTQ+ community. Depending on your needs and preferences, we might explore thought patterns using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, work from a Strengths-Based lens to highlight your resilience, or tap into the creative process through Art Therapy. I now also offer Cognitive Processing Therapy for those who are looking to work through past trauma.
