I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or major life changes. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending empathy with evidence-based strategies. I believe therapy is not just about talking through struggles, but also about gaining insight, learning coping skills, and feeling empowered to make changes that bring you closer to the life you want. Starting therapy can feel very overwhelming, and my goal is to make that first step a little easier. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel truly heard. Together, we work on building confidence, healthier patterns of thinking, and practical tools you can use outside of our sessions.
