The people I work with want to change the way they are feeling and relating to others. They struggle to cope with triggers, emotions or experiences day to day, and tend to judge themselves for this and its impact on their lives. Whether acute or chronic trauma, relationship issues or emotional challenges, I work with clients to process physical, emotional and mental symptoms that cause them to feel stuck, isolated and unworthy of healthy connections.
