Life is full of twists and turns—some bring excitement, while others bring challenges. I feel uniquely privileged to be in a position to hear people's stories and support them as they navigate each step of their journey. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, compassionate space where you can freely explore your thoughts, process your experiences, and heal in a way that feels meaningful to you. I have particular experience and interest in working with teens and adults that are experiencing life transitions, navigating relationship conflict, healing from trauma, and learning how to manage their ADHD.
