Everyone else’s needs come first and you have difficulty saying no or setting limits that feel good. Your relationships struggle. Your emotions often feel out of control and unmanageable. Loved ones make comments that you’re too “sensitive” or “dramatic”. Your daily life is suffering and you no longer know how to reach your goals, you may no longer even know what your goals are. You just know you’re unhappy and something needs to change. Whether you’re struggling with life changes, processing trauma, identity exploration, or the general state of the world, your experience is valid and you deserve to heal. Therapy helps with this. Together, we will work to put you back in the driver’s seat by using your strengths to help you get unstuck and live a life aligned with your authentic self.
