I work with children, teens, and women navigating anxiety, mood changes, or the challenges of the perinatal period. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, OCD, and trichotillomania, using evidence-based care like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). With children, I integrate play, art, and sand tray therapy. With adults, I blend talk therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and nature-based approaches to nurture connection and lasting growth.
