Due to a referral increase, please email me in lieu of phone calls. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment in which to explore the issues creating difficulty for each individual or couple. I treat a range of issues, from depression, anxiety disorders, unresolved grief, adjustment problems, stress management, relationship concerns, GLBT issues, past trauma to an immediate crisis to a general feeling of dissatisfaction with the present state of your life. All of these issues cause a great deal of distress, but can also be opportunities for immense personal growth and change.
