I work frequently with kids and their families who have lost a lot of time and energy to anxiety and OCD. If you're finding yourself unsure of how to respond to these anxieties - and nothing you or your child has done seem to help, please know that treatment is available. I specialize in offering care to children and adolescents who have found themselves stuck in anxious, obsessive, and compulsive cycles. Oftentimes, this includes working actively with parents as well. I have specialized training in both Exposure and Response Prevention and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
