Hi there! I specialize in supporting people through eating disorders, trauma, and BPD. I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to make sure you always feel heard, understood, and truly connected. I aim to create a warm and relaxing space where you feel comfortable and at ease - (maybe even with a touch of humor)! As your therapist, I'm here to walk alongside you, bringing my authentic self into our work together. I tend to lean towards psychodynamic, somatic, and emotion-focused modalities because they allow us to explore both your thoughts and your body’s experience. I also have specialized training in therapies tailored to eating disorders, trauma, and BPD.
