Welcome to my page! I understand the difficulty with finding a therapist for yourself or your child. If your child is struggling in school with behaviors or is having difficulty at home regulating their emotions, you may feel at a loss trying to navigate these everyday. I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, specializing in anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, trauma, and substance use. My approach includes working with parents and caregivers to navigate these challenges and provide coaching and support. I find it important to include a child’s support system in the therapeutic process to promote lasting change.
