I utilize therapeutic approaches specifically tailored to you and your needs. I draw primarily from a client-centered, mindfulness-based approach and borrow the best from Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (& CBT-I). Insomnia Treatment: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the preferred first-line treatment for insomnia.
