I work with primarily Christian clients who want to apply the word of God to address their anxiety, depression, performance and other mental health needs. There have been many ideas and methods developed to help improve the mental well being of people and I believe that scripture is the best medicine. I do not believe in drawing out therapy into something that lasts for years or even months because it is often not necessary.
