I believe that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships, and I’m committed to building that with my clients. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and holistic. I integrate various therapeutic modalities tailored to what is most helpful for you or your adolescent child. Your humanness is always encouraged! I've had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, supporting individuals through trauma, depression, anxiety, body image issues, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and alcohol and substance use. My greatest passion is helping adolescents and adults heal from childhood trauma and reconnect with their authentic selves.
