My name is Alyssa Mendoza and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California. My approach to therapy focuses on creating a warm and inclusive practice by providing a space for clients to process challenges they may be experiencing. Clients may find that I provide them a nonjudgmental safe space allowing them to come as they are while being met with respect and empathy. As your therapist, my goal is to assist in exploring and identifying tools that may empower and support you when faced with challenges related to navigating transitions or difficult emotions and/or experiences.
