Are you looking for a safe place to explore the challenges that come up in life? A place to prioritize you? Starting therapy can often time feel scary. I hope to provide a place where people can feel they can talk about the stressful, overwhelming, or disappointing things in their lives. A place where you will be comfortable to cry, laugh, learn, and grow. I utilize tools from narrative, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapies to create welcoming spaces for my clients. I have experience working with people who have experienced a range of issues including trauma, anger and stress management, racial identity and life transitions.
