During our first few sessions, we’ll explore various areas of your life to better understand your needs and create a path forward. My practice is unique because your success is defined by you, and I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way. I’m deeply passionate about helping people grow and make lasting positive changes in their lives. I meet clients where they are, helping them gain insight and discover themselves. You’ll do most of the talking while I ask thoughtful questions based on what you say (or don’t say). I love supporting you in creating goals and celebrating your wins along the way.
