Ever since I was introduced to the mental health field I knew that becoming a therapist was part of my life’s mission of helping others improve their well-being and quality of life. I have experience working with clients from all walks of life each facing unique struggles and challenges. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ODD, and ADD/ADHD. These experiences have awarded me the opportunity to identify gaps in services and develop the skills necessary to meet clients' needs.
