Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I completed my bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Kentucky and the obtained my Masters of Social Work with a clinical concentration from the University of Kentucky in 2018, and have been working in the mental health field ever since! I have a passion of working with children, adolescence, and adults and have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I enjoy working with a variety of mental health concerns, those including, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, substance use, and trauma. I utilize approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and strengths-based. I can assist clients in providing a safe, non- judgmental environment in working toward their goals to improve his/her quality of life! I utilize approaches such as CBT, EMDR, mindfulness techniques, strengths- perspective, positive psychology, and solution- focused therapy in my practice.
