Hi! I am from rural MN and have a passion for helping anyone who walks through my door. My approach to therapy is to meet you wherever you are and assist you in reaching your goals. I am here to listen, validate, and support you through your life's journey. I am a provider who is real and honest. I have a military background and can be blunt IF that is desired and needed. Many of my clients tell me how much they love my realness and bluntness so they can move forward and not stay stuck in their old patterns.
