I do not believe that one size fits all for many things in life, including therapy, which makes finding the right therapist feel challenging. I believe the foundation for meaningful change begins with the relationship and trust established between a client and therapist. I bring compassion, understanding, and an individualized approach to therapy with hopes of establishing that rapport and trust needed to make clients feel safe enough to share their most vulnerable parts of themselves. I view the process as a collaborative journey, guided with empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for the lived experiences of my clients. I work with clients ages 11+ offering individual, family, and couples counseling. With over 5 years of experience working in child welfare, therapeutic residential treatment settings for adolescents, addiction treatment center and domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy, my clinical experience ranges widely.
