Many of my clients are navigating identity shifts, burnout, or relationship struggles and are looking for a space where they can be fully seen without judgment as they learn to trust themselves again. I help individuals, couples, and families work through complex trauma, relationship struggles, and women’s issues. I also specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed—focused on helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal. My training includes IFS, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I’ve worked in community mental health and schools and believe in tailoring therapy to each client’s unique path.
