Your journey is your own, and we will work in tandem to develop the best practice course for your goals. In our therapeutic space, our time will be one of strengths-based collaboration tailored to ensure you not only feel heard, but understood. I utilize an integrative, multi-dimensional approach drawing from CBT, ACT, somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, and a variety of other therapeutic modalities to best meet you where you are on your path to whole-person centered care. While I address a wide array of focus areas, my primary specialties include working with depression, anxiety, intra- and inter- personal difficulties, loss and grief, mood disorders, and the processing of traumatic experiences.
